Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

Items from our US warehouses: most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Items from our international warehouse: delivery usually takes 8–15 business days after shipping. These items say so on their product page, so you'll always know before you buy.

Delivery times can be longer during holidays or severe weather.

Holiday ordering

For delivery by December 25, we recommend ordering international-warehouse items by late November and US-warehouse items by early December.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items

Some orders may arrive in more than one package, since items can ship from different warehouses. You won't pay extra for this.
