30-day returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send it back.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale and digital downloads can't be returned.
