How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Items from our US warehouses usually arrive 3–7 business days after shipping, and items from our international warehouse usually take 8–15 business days. Each product page tells you which applies. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping page for details.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We're sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
